    Mechanical maintenance of check machine shaft

    The wear and tear of the rubber ring and the resistance rubber of the banknote-twisting part of the banknote-checking machine shaft have been two difficult problems for people because of the trouble of replacing. To solve this problem, it is only necessary to improve the service life of the banknote-twisting machine shaft; and to replace it conveniently. For banknote-twisting apron, the wear resistance of banknote-twisting apron can be improved by enlarging the outer diameter and opening a ring groove in the middle of the apron, and the axial section of the apron is changed into a zigzag shape, so that the contact surface of the apron tooth surface with banknote is enlarged and the adhesion of the apron tooth surface to banknote is enhanced. For the illustrated rubber, the relatively simple method is to use the resistance rubber quick change structure, hand down the back of the slide board, it is easy to remove the resistance rubber for replacement.

    Although adding a pair of reverse wheels to the banknote checking machine can improve the service life of the banknote-twisting rubber ring, the problems brought about by the increase in cost, complex structure and inconvenient maintenance. The same effect can be achieved if an overrunning clutch (commonly known as one-way bearing) is installed on the banknote-twisting shaft without adding a pair of overrunning wheels. The principle is as follows: the one-way bearing installed in the banknote-twisting transmission wheel can rotate counterclockwise relative to the banknote-twisting shaft. When the banknote is twisted, the transmission wheel rotates clockwise, and the unidirectional bearing does not rotate, so as to transfer power. When the banknote goes to the rubber wheel, it moves at twice the original speed. Under the drag of the banknote, the outer edge of the rubber ring moves at the same speed as the banknote because of the unidirectional bearing. There is no relative sliding between them, thus prolonging the service life of the twisting ring.
